Event Engineering

In its event engineering segment, PROCON MultiMedia AG offers a broad range of technical services under the name "PRG" respectively "Production Resource Group". The company provides lighting, sound, video, LED and presentation equipment, as well as stage and traverse systems, for television shows, trade fairs, sporting events, conferences and other corporate events, concerts and tournaments, musicals, theater and opera performances and similar projects.
PROCON MultiMedia AG has an international presence in this segment through subsidiaries in Germany, Belgium, France, Great Britain and China. Within Germany, the Group operates locations in Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt and Munich.

In order to avoid competing with its customers and to position itself as a potential partner for all customers engaged in artistic or design activities, the companies' offerings are limited to technical services. The company does not offer artistic and content design ("Content") for events and film and television productions.

Services run the gamut from pure leasing of technical equipment through complete technical conception and planning of productions and events through execution. Because of its broad product range, the company is in a position to function as a general provider of technical services for a wide variety of events.



Film Light and Camera Technology

In its film light and camera technology segment, PROCON MultiMedia AG offers equipment needed for the production of cinematic, television and advertising films and music videos, under the name "CINEGATE." The company also has three studios, in Hamburg, Berlin and Capetown, South Africa.
The services of the film light and camera technology segment are also offered internationally, and the company is represented by local subsidiaries in Germany, Hungary and South Africa. Within Germany, the Group maintains locations in Hamburg, Berlin, Potsdam, Cologne, Munich, Leipzig, Flensburg, Salzgitter and Ludwigsburg.

In particular, PROCON MultiMedia AG offers lighting equipment, grip equipment, video and film camera, stage equipment and power generators. Contracts in this segment generally consist of pure equipment leasing. Because it maintains its own studios, the Company is also capable of offering its customers a package deal consisting of studio space as well as the needed equipment, which the Company believes will lead to increased utilization of the lighting and camera technology equipment pool. The company will also provide equipment transport and personnel at the customer's request.
