Morten Carlsson has served on the company's management board since 5 May 1999 and was appointed management board chairman by the supervisory board on 14 February 2006. Morten Carlsson is responsible for Corporate Controlling, Strategy and Coordination of the Executive Board, Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Logistics and IT. He is also responsible, together with Lars Schwarz, for communications and internal communications. Morten Carlsson was co-founder of PROCON Bühnen Produktions GmbH in 1988. Until PROCON Bühnen Produktions GmbH was transformed into the company on 5 May 1999, he was managing shareholder of PROCON Bühnen Produktions GmbH. Upon the transformation mentioned above, Morten Carlsson was appointed to the company's management board. Prior to the formation of the company, he was a partner in Concert Light GbR in Flensburg, which he co-founded in 1983, and which provided lighting and sound equipment.

Lars Schwarz joined the company on 1 June 2005 and was for the time being working as Financial Controller. Since 10 September 2010, he is a management board member of the company. In his function as Chief Financial Officer Lars Schwarz is responsible for Finance, Controlling, Tax, Legal, Risk Management as well as Administration. He is also responsible for communications and internal communications, together with Morten Carlsson. After studying economics, he worked – amongst others – as Business Administration Manager for a Southern German company group.
